Recare Plan

*One-Tine Gingivitis Treatment (if needed) – included at your first visit. This treatment is covered only once per patient, for life. If further gingivitis treatment is needed in the future, it will be available at the discounted rate but will not be included again under the membership plan. This treatment is different from periodontal disease care, which is covered under our Periodontal Plan for patients with more advanced gum health needs.
